Dave Rude (born June 14, 1978, in Oakland, California) is the second guitarist of hard rock band Tesla, joining them in 2006. He also fronts his own rock act Dave Rude Band, where he sings and plays guitar.Rude started playing guitar when he was 9 and his main musical influences included Guns N' Roses, Slash, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Joe Perry, Mike Campbell, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
