David Henry Stahl (May 29, 1920 – February 21, 1970) was an American attorney and federal judge.Stahl was born in Ukraine in the Soviet Union. He received an A.B. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1942 and an LL.B. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1949. He was in the United States Army beginning in 1942, and was appointed Attorney General of Pennsylvania by Governor David Lawrence in 1961.
