David Michael Rohl (born 12 September 1950 in Barton-upon-Irwell, Eccles) is an English Egyptologist and former director of the Institute for the Study of Interdisciplinary Sciences (ISIS) who from the 1980s has put forth several unconventional theories revising the chronology of Ancient Egypt and Israel to form an alternative new chronology.He currently lives in the Marina Alta, Spain.
