David Rolf (born 1969) is an American labor union leader who currently serves as president of the Seattle-based Local 775 of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), which represents health care workers, and as international vice president of SEIU.Rolf grew up in Cincinnati and was influenced by members of his family, including his mother, who worked as a unionized teacher, and his grandfathers, one of whom was a General Motors employee and United Automobile Workers (UAW) member who participated in labor demonstrations; his paternal grandfather was a Procter & Gamble employee who funded law school and eventually became a lawyer and politician.
