Dayon Demond Mallet (born February 22, 1978) is an American professional basketball player that plays with FIATC Joventut in the Spanish League. He is a 6'2" guard and signed for three seasons with Badalona as a player and coach. As of 2008, Mallet won a German Championship, two German Cup titles, a ULEB Cup, and won the prestigious Spanish King's Cup with the team Joventut Badalona. He is a cousin of NBA center Shaquille O'Neal.
