Dendroplex is a genus of bird in the woodcreeper subfamily (Dendrocolaptinae). It was long merged into Xiphorhynchus, but its distinctness was recently validated.It contains the following species: Straight-billed woodcreeper, Dendroplex picus Zimmer's woodcreeper, Dendroplex kienerii - formerly Xiphorhynchus necopinus↑ ↑
