Jacqueline Denise Welch (born 22 May 1958) is an English actress, dancer and television presenter. As an actress, she is best known for her roles as Natalie Barnes in Coronation Street and Steph Haydock in Waterloo Road. She was also known for her appearances as a regular panellist on the ITV lunchtime chat show Loose Women from 1999 until October 2013.Welch was a contestant on Dancing on Ice in January 2011, where she was partnered with professional skater Matt Evers.
