Devin Gerald Nunes, OIH, (born October 1, 1973) is the U.S. Representative for California's 22nd congressional district, serving since 2003. He is the twelfth and, at 41 years old, youngest Member of Congress in history to serve as chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
