Richard "Dick" Yoder is an American politician and educator. He is a member of the Republican Party, and served as Mayor of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Yoder was born and raised in West Chester. He attended West Chester East High School and after his graduation he attended Villanova University. He also served in the Marine Corps for six years. After earning his degree, Yoder began his teaching career at West Chester University.
