Dimitris Metaxas ONR YIP (1997), NSF Career Award (1996), NSF Research Initiation Award (1993) is a Distinguished Professor and the Chair of the Computer Science Department at Rutgers University, where he directs the Center for Computational Biomedicine Imaging and Modeling (CBIM).
