Dmitry Maximovich Ponomarev (Russian: Пономарёв Дми́трий Макси́мович) (born June 12, 1952) is a Russian entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of MERA Networks, Volga Region Telecommunication Association, KIS Ltd, ADS Ltd, and Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Information Technology (NIIT). Mr Ponomarev was Professor at Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University (former Gorky Polytechnic Institute), Russia.
