E.G. Sugavanam (born 13 November 1957) is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Krishnagiri constituency of Tamil Nadu and is a member of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) political party. He is known for defeating J. Jayalalithaa in the 1996 State Assembly election in Bargur state assembly constituency. He contested and lost the 1989, 1991 and 2001 Tamil Nadu state assembly elections from Bargur constituency.
