Ed Yong is a British science journalist. He writes the blog Not Exactly Rocket Science, which is currently published as part of the National Geographic Phenomena blog network. His writing has also appeared in scientific journals such as Nature, traditional popular science media such as Scientific American, and general-interest media such as The New York Times and The New Yorker. In 2015 he joined the staff of The Atlantic.
