Edward Buzzell (November 13, 1895 – January 11, 1985) was an American film director whose credits include Child of Manhattan (1933) for Columbia Pictures, and for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Honolulu (1939), the Marx Brothers films At the Circus (1939) and Go West (1940), the musicals Best Foot Forward (1943) with Lucille Ball, Song of the Thin Man (1947) with Myrna Loy, and Neptune's Daughter (1949) with Esther Williams, and Easy to Wed, starring Van Johnson, Williams, and Ball.Buzzell was born in Brooklyn.
