Energiekontor is one of the first European development and operating companies for wind energy projects.The company has built 84 wind farms with a total of 495 wind turbines. The total capacity is around 610 MW, the investment volume of more than 922 million euros. A part of these wind farms are operated for the company itself and for customers.In 1990 the company was founded by Bodo Wilkens and Günter Lammers in Bremerhaven.
