Erith (/ˈɪərɨθ/) is a district of southeast London within the London Borough of Bexley. It is adjacent to the River Thames, where it meets Coldharbour Point in the London Borough of Havering at the opposite end, north of the bank. Erith lies north east of Bexleyheath and north west of Dartford.Erith's town centre has undergone a series of modernisations and increase in dwellings since 1961.
