Exilisciurus is a genus of rodent in the Sciuridae family native to Asia. The three species of Exilisciurus include: The least pygmy squirrel (E. exilis) also known as the plain pygmy squirrel is olive-brown and endemic to forests in Borneo and Banggi Island. It is among the smallest squirrels in the world. Data regarding its population is deficient. The Philippine pygmy squirrel (E. concinnus) is endemic to the Philippines and listed as "Least Concern" on the IUCN Red List.
