F1 Circus MD (エフワン サーカス エムディ) is a multiplatform video game that was released for the Sega Mega Drive in addition to the PC Engine version of the game - which was released under the title F1 Circus '91 (エフワンサーカス'91).This game uses the vehicles and the basic regulations of the Formula One circuit. The "Circus" part of the title is actually a mistranslation of the word Circuit.
