Franz Josef Huber (22 January 1902 – 30 January 1975) was a SS general (SS number: 107,099) who rose to the rank of SS-Brigadeführer und Generalmajor der Polizei. He was a German police official under both the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany. Huber joined the Nazi Party in 1937 and worked closely with Gestapo chief Heinrich Müller.
