Frederick Fung Kin-kee SBS JP (born 17 March 1953 in Hong Kong, with family roots in Dongguan, Guangdong) is the former chairman of the Hong Kong Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood (ADPL), a pro-democracy political party in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), elected by direct election from the Geographical Constituency of Kowloon West.
