Gasum Oy is an integrated gas company located in Espoo, Finland. It is the transmission system operator of the natural gas grid of Finland, as also the natural gas importer and seller. Gasum is owned by the Finnish Government (75%) and Gazprom (25%). The stake of the government will be split between the National Emergency Supply Agency (26.5%) and Gasonia (48.5%), a state owned company set up for the ownership arrangement.Gasum was established in 1994.
