Gerald Madkins (born April 18, 1969) is an American professional basketball executive who currently serves as the director of scouting for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is a former professional basketball player.Born in Merced, California, Madkins attended University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
