Ghevar (Devanagari:घेवर) is a Rajasthani sweet traditionally associated with the Teej Festival. It is disc-shaped sweet made with all purpose flour and soaked in sugar syrup. There are many varieties of Ghevar, including plain, mawa and malai ghevar.
