"God Help Me" is a single by Christian pop and rock artist Rebecca St. James. Its release was announced on Rebecca St. James' official MySpace profile and opened up the "Music Patrol" challenge. The challenge encouraged those in St. James' Friend Space to add the song "God Help Me" to their profiles and to encourage others to do the same. The "Music Patrol" would then look through the profiles and choose about six of the profiles to receive a mini-brick of Rebecca St. James merchandise.
