Gregory "Greg" C. Avioli is an American business executive and lawyer best known for his work in the U.S. online gaming and horse racing industries. He started his career as a lawyer, before joining the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) in 1998. He held a number of roles in the organization, including general counsel, deputy commissioner, chief operating officer, and interim CEO, with primary responsibility for all government and regulatory affairs.
