Guy Savoie is a former politician in Manitoba, Canada. He was a city councillor in Winnipeg from 1980 to 1989.Savoie first ran for the Manitoba legislature in the provincial election of 1973, campaigning as a Liberal in Brandon West. He finished third, well behind his Progressive Conservative and New Democratic Party opponents.In 1980, he was elected to the Winnipeg City Council in the Tache district of St. Boniface.
