Guy Self Bsc MBBS M.D. is a fictional character from the BBC medical drama Holby City played by John Michie. Guy is a consultant neurosurgeon and was Holby City Hospital's Chief executive officer (CEO) from his first appearance until the seventeenth series episode "Go the Distance".
