Hell in a Cell (2009) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and presented by Ubisoft's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up, which took place on October 4, 2009, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It was the first annual Hell in a Cell event and featured talent from the Raw and SmackDown brands.
