Interstate 83 (abbreviated I-83) is an Interstate Highway in the Eastern United States. Its southern terminus is in Baltimore, Maryland at the Fayette Street exit; its northern terminus is in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at I-81.Most of the route south of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania is a direct replacement of U.S. Route 111 (US 111), a former spur of US 11.
