Lt Col Islam ul Haque, PhD is a retired Pakistan Army Officer from Corps of Engineers. Besides working in Pakistani military he also has experienced to work in many national and international organisations in the field of Water, Waste water and Environment. He is member of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf core committee on water and agriculture and played vital in formulating the PTI strategy on water management.
