Jeffrey John "Jeff" Denham (born July 29, 1967) is the U.S. Representative for California's 10th congressional district. He is a member of the Republican Party.He previously served two terms in the California State Senate, representing the 12th District, which includes Madera, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Stanislaus counties. Denham announced in December 2008 that he would be a candidate for Lieutenant Governor of California in the 2010 election.
