Jeffrey Downer, sometimes known as Jeff, is a movie and television producer and production manager. He was born September 16, 1957 in Glens Falls, New York.Downer was the co-producer/UPM on the hit comedy Never Been Kissed, starring Drew Barrymore. He also served in that capacity on the HBO movie Always Outnumbered starring Laurence Fishburne.
