Jennifer Lynn Eberhardt (born c. 1965) is a social psychologist and associate professor at Stanford University and a 2014 MacArthur fellow. She studies the mechanisms and effects of racial biases in criminal justice.Eberhardt received her B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1987, an A.M. in 1990 and a Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1993.
