Joe Carducci (born Donald Joseph Carducci August 25, 1955) is an American writer, record producer, and former A&R executive, formerly most closely associated with the influential record label SST Records.He was born in Merced, California, in 1955 but grew up in Naperville, Illinois. He also lived for a time in Chicago in the late 1970s where he ran an independent mail-order record retailer.
