Johnny Doeseb (born 1975) is a Namibian businessperson and owner of Eleven Arrows F.C. in Walvis Bay. Doeseb was born and raised in Omaruru in Erongo Region and attended school in Arandis, from where he graduated from in 1996. He later attended management school in Tennessee. Following graduation, he began working for at the Rössing Uranium Mine, where he worked his way up to senior loss control advisor. In 2002, he resigned from Rössing in order to start his own business.
