Jorge Salgado-Reyes (born April 23, 1968) is a Chilean and British sci-fi, cyberpunk author, private investigator and photographer. Born in Temuco, Chile, Salgado-Reyes left his country of birth at age seven in 1975 with his family into exile due to the Pinochet dictatorship. Subsequently brought up in the United Kingdom, he changed residence frequently with his family as a child. Salgado-Reyes became somewhat of a loner who read science fiction from an early age.
