Journal of Materials Science is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal dedicated to materials science founded in 1966 by Robert W. Cahn and published by Springer. The journal publishes 24 issues per year. The journal incorporated Journal of Materials Science Letters in 2003 and Interface Science in 2004.It features review articles and papers covering original research on the study and the techniques used to study the structure and properties of materials.
