KBTU is a low powered television station in Salt Lake City, Utah, broadcasting locally on channel 23. The station is owned by Adelante Media Group which also runs the Salt Lake area radio stations KDUT, KTUB and KBMG. The General Manager of KBTU is Ed Distel. The original construction permit was applied by Airwaves Broadcasting LLC in Park City, Utah in 2002.
