KGAL (1580 AM, "NewsTalk 1580") is a radio station licensed to serve Lebanon, Oregon, USA. The station, which began broadcasting in 1995, is owned by the Eads Broadcasting Corporation. On July 7, 2014 KGAL was granted a U.S. Federal Communications Commission construction permit to increase its daytime power to 5,000 watts. It will change from directional full time to directional at night only. An application for program test authority was accepted for filing on January 29, 2015.
