It has a transmitter site in East Austin, and its studios are in West Lake Hills (with an Austin address).KJCE has maintained its talk format since 2002. Previously, KJCE was an Urban AC station branded as 'K-Juice 1370'. The current program director is Stephen Michael Kerr (only the station's second program director, behind Ryan Schuh).
