KRAC has been granted a U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) construction permit to move its transmitter to a new site, from which it will operate with 4,000 watts daytime and 200 watts at night. The city of license will change to Red Bluff, California.KRAC signed on the air in 1963 under the call letters KQCY (K-Quincy).
