KSKJ-CD is a low-power Class A television station in Van Nuys broadcasting in analog on UHF channel 45 as an independent station. Founded May 29, 1993, the station is owned by Capital Broadcasting Corporation. The station is affiliated with CoLours TV. KSKJ originally broadcast on channel 38, but moved to channel 45 to make room for KPXN-DT in Los Angeles, which operates on digital channel 38.
