Kailash Chandra Meher (Hindi – कैलास चऩ्द्र मेहेर; born in 22 January 1954) is an Indian artist, inventor, social activist. He is a painter of contemporary modern art paintings and traditional Tussar Pattachitra paintings of Odisha. He was a recipient of the Padma Shri by the Govt. of India in 2013.
