Kathy Chow Hoi-mei (Chinese: 周海媚; pinyin: Zhōu Hǎimèi; Jyutping: Zaau1 Hoi2 Mei6; born December 12, 1966 in Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong actress who is widely known for her leading roles in Hong Kong TVB series during the late 1980s to 1990s such as The Breaking Point 《今生無悔》 and Time Before Time 《大闹广昌隆》. Her popularity peaked in Asia following her portrayal of Zhou Zhiruo 周芷若 in the 1994 Taiwanese adaptation of The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber 《倚天屠龍記》.
