Kevin Read Duncan (born October 6, 1960) has been a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2010. He is a member of the church's First Quorum of the Seventy.Duncan was born and raised in West Point, Utah. As a young man, he served as a Mormon missionary in Chile.After his mission, Duncan married Wendy Wallentine in the Ogden Temple in July 1982. In 1984, she was killed in a car accident on their way to Duncan's grandmother's funeral.
