The Khazar English-Azerbaijani Comprehensive Dictionary (KEACD), published by the Khazar University Press, is a bilingual dictionary of the English language and the Azerbaijani language.The first edition of the dictionary is in the process of being published in six volumes. The first three bound volumes of the KEACD were published in 2004-2008, including “A” through “N.” As of November 2010, the remaining volumes are in the process of editing and proofreading.
