Kippens (Canada 2011 Census population 1,815) is a Canadian town located in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador on the west coast of the island of Newfoundland.The town of Kippens is situated on the West Coast of the province of Newfoundland. The town was granted its municipality status on December 31, 1968. Kippens borders the town of Stephenville to the east, the community of Berry Head to the west, and St. George's Bay to the south.
