Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, The Kryptonics were a tough, melodic pop punk outfit that existed between 1985 and 1992. They were contemporaries of celebrated Perth bands, The Stems, The Triffids & The Bamboos and were a popular local band of that time. They released a series of 7" singles and 12" vinyl EPs on a number of Australian independent record labels.
