Kumari 21F is an upcoming Telugu film directed by Palnati Surya Pratap and produced by director Sukumar who also penned its story and screenplay. It features Raj Tarun and Hebah Patel in the lead roles and also marks the debut of the latter in Telugu cinema. It was co produced by Vijay Bandreddi and Thomas Reddy on P.A. Motion Pictures banner. Devi Sri Prasad composed the film's music while R. Rathnavelu and Amar Reddy handled the cinematography and editing respectively.
