LaVar RaShad Arrington (born June 20, 1978) is a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League for seven seasons. He played college football at Penn State and was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the first round of the 2000 NFL DraftArrington was also a member of the New York Giants.
